Herd & Hive is committed to offering one-of-a-kind handcrafted products – because of this, each product is slightly different. Though our handcrafted products vary slightly (in colour, straightness, minor consistency changes, etc.), we only sell high quality products that are comparable and standardized in weight and size.
We are confident you will love your products – but if you aren’t happy, get in touch with us and we will issue you a full refund, no questions asked!
If you purchase a Herd & Hive product in person and/or at a market, you can present the digital receipt (which is optional, and must be discussed and sent at the time of purchase) OR you can bring the physical product back (or a send a picture) as proof of purchase. If a credit or debit purchase, you must also be able to tell us the exact amount amount charged to your card, and which form of payment you used (this is to verify your purchase, but also is required so that we are able to locate and retrieve your order. If it was a cash purchase, we can either refund you in person or send you an e-transfer.
Once we issue the refund, it will take 7-14 business days for Square payment to process the transaction and for the amount to post to your bank account.
We currently do not have a returns/exchange program.
