At Herd & Hive, we are focused on contributing to and supporting our local economy which means we currently ship only within Canada. We now offer free Canada-Wide shipping, with no minimum $ order amount! Currently, your package will be shipped via the Standard Shipping option from one of two carriers, depending on the best available postage rates. We plan to offer paid options for express/rush shipping in the near future!

Standard – $0. Delivery in 2-7 business days via UPS or Canada Post

When your package is shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with the shipment tracking number and information.

Due to the ongoing and unpredictable disruptions and delays with shipping services, we cannot guarantee the delivery within the 2-7 day window. We recommend ordering gifts or other items you might need by a certain date at least three weeks in advance! There is a 1 business day processing time after you place your order (for us to get it packed up and shipped out). Near the holidays and other busy times, we also cannot guarantee our 1 business day processing time – however, we do guarantee to let you know if we think we won’t be able to get your package shipped out as fast as usual.

We offer the option to pre-order out of stock items. We do not and cannot give accurate time estimates until restock – by pre-ordering, you agree that you understand we offer no guarantee for the time until restock and shipping. We will always do our best to get your item back in stock and shipped to you immediately – but due to the nature of handmade items, sometimes it can take a while!
